# Who can see my health information?

**Answer:** Your health information should only be available to authorised people involved in your care or in running your clinic, such as your clinician or the staff who manage appointments and billing, and only to the extent their role requires. Access is set by your clinic's privacy controls, your consent and the law. In Kenya, health data is sensitive personal data under the Data Protection Act 2019, and you can ask your clinic how it is used.
