**Answer:** Many side effects, such as nausea, headaches or sleep changes, ease within a few weeks. Do not stop the medicine on your own; tell your prescriber or pharmacist, who may adjust the dose, timing or medicine. Seek urgent care for severe reactions, such as fainting, a fast heartbeat, high fever with stiffness, or new thoughts of harming yourself. In an emergency call 999 or 112, or Kenya Red Cross on 1199.
