**Answer:** Many Kenyan universities and colleges have a counselling or wellness centre offering free or low-cost confidential sessions; ask student affairs or your health unit. Talk to someone you trust and keep up with sleep, food and contact with friends. If you are under 18, you can call Childline Kenya on 116, free, any time. If you feel unsafe, call 999 or 112, Kenya Red Cross on 1199, or Befrienders Kenya on +254 722 178177.
