**Answer:** Many users share handsets, and exposure can carry stigma or safety risks. Use an app PIN or biometric lock, short session timeouts, and notifications that hide content and use a neutral app name and icon where appropriate. Avoid storing sensitive data in device galleries or downloads, offer a quick-exit button on sensitive screens, and let users choose how and when you contact them. Test these features with users, including people in difficult home situations.
