**Answer:** The Digital Health Act gives people a right, on written request, to examine and receive a copy of their personal health information, following the Data Protection Act's access provisions (section 36). The Mental Health Act also grants rights to information. The Health Act permits withholding a person's health status only where there is substantial evidence that disclosure would be contrary to their best interests. Have a written process, verify identity, and discuss sensitive content with the client.
