**Answer:** Very likely. The Digital Health (Health Information Management Procedures) Regulations 2025 require the Agency to certify digital health solutions, including e-health and telemedicine platforms, and bar uncertified solutions from the national health information system. Applications need a self-attestation report, ODPC registration evidence, a DPIA report, security and privacy policies, a backup and recovery policy and a cybersecurity assessment report. Certificates last two years. Solutions already in use had a transition window to apply. Confirm your category and fees with the Agency.
