**Answer:** KMPDC's Code of Professional Conduct and Ethics (7th edition, 2026) includes guidance on e-health, telemedicine and technology-based services. KMPDC has stated that practitioners remain accountable for clinical decisions when using AI or other technology, must work within their scope, keep accurate and secure records, and give patients access to their records. Psychiatrists should check the Code before adopting new digital tools.
