**Answer:** The Digital Health (Health Information Management Procedures) Regulations 2025 provide that healthcare providers and facilities should not use a digital health solution unless it has been certified by the Digital Health Agency, including e-health and telemedicine platforms. Separate 2025 regulations create a telemedicine health provider registry recording the certified solution each provider uses. Check with your software vendor whether its platform is certified and whether you need to be listed.
