**Answer:** Only within the law. The Mental Health Act treats care information as confidential and lists when it may be disclosed, including where needed for treatment, to prevent serious harm, under a supportive decision-making agreement, or in the person's best interest. Supporters and representatives have rights to information where the person cannot exercise them. Otherwise, obtain the client's consent, ideally in writing, specifying what may be shared and with whom, and review it regularly.
