We maintain automated backups with regional redundancy and routinely test recovery procedures. We align with global health privacy best practices while meeting local regulatory requirements in regions we serve. Tymira Health is also registered with Kenya’s Office of the Data Protection Commissioner as a Data Controller (ID #563-9957-ADFD), and we support regional hosting and data residency where required.

Yes. Tymira360 provides secure APIs and standards-aligned interfaces that connect with LIS for labs, RIS/PACS for imaging, pharmacy systems, insurers and clearinghouses, payment gateways, and accounting or business-intelligence tools such as Xero, QuickBooks, or data warehouses. Where a standards-based connection is not available, we can use CSV or SFTP bridges to keep data flowing reliably between systems.

Tymira360 supports end-to-end revenue operations. You can set fee schedules, capture charges, create and validate claims against payer rules, and reduce rejections with automated error checks. The platform handles receipt, refunds, adjustments, and reconciliation, and it produces the reports finance teams need. When required, exports and partner connections allow claims to move through clearinghouses and insurers efficiently.

You always own your data—Tymira health acts as a steward. During onboarding we guide structured migrations for patient records, schedules, billing history, and master data, including validation to preserve integrity. If you later choose to exit, we provide standards-friendly data exports on request and issue a certificate of deletion for hosted copies, subject to any legal retention obligations in your jurisdiction.

Pricing is flexible and typically based on provider seats and/or practice locations, with optional add-ons for advanced modules and dedicated single-tenant environments. Support includes ticket and email assistance, scheduled calls for priority issues, role-based training, and detailed release notes. Eligible plans include service-level agreements that specify availability targets as well as response and resolution times aligned with issue severity.
